Summer Wine Releases!

We're excited to announce the two new releases to the tasting room, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Noir. In this article we explore these two wines a bit more, read on for the details! Both wines are now pouring in the tasting room and available for online purchase.

2021 American Pinot Grigio

Our Pinot Grigio from this vintage offers intense minerality as well as ripe ruby-red grapefruit, notes of pear, nectarine and limestone. Having a lovely rose gold color it pairs beautifully with salmon, not just in flavor, but visually as well. Pinot Grigio is a mutation of Pinot Noir, losing much of the pigment in the skins and acquiring a graying hue.

Non-Vintage American Pinot Noir

Presenting with flavors of cherry, vanilla, rose petals. strawberry and a touch of oak spice. This Pinot is that light-bodied and easy drinking red wine that you’ve been looking for this summer. Chill this wine down in your fridge to 60F before having a glass and the subtle flavors will really come out to play. It will pair just as wonderfully with a rack of ribs as a pepperoni pizza.
