Spinach Artichoke Dip
Enjoy this quick recipe with friends and your favorite Hocking Hills Winery wine.

Wine Pairing:
Hocking Hills Winery Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients:
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- 16 oz. of sour cream
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Parmesan cheese
- 1 can of diced green chiles
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 1 bag of spinach
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine cream cheese, butter, and sour cream in saucepan on medium low heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in cheeses until combined.
- Add green chilis and artichokes.
- Finally, stir in spinach until spinach has wilted and is completely mixed in.
- Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
