Spinach Artichoke Dip

Enjoy this quick recipe with friends and your favorite Hocking Hills Winery wine.

Wine Pairing:

Hocking Hills Winery Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients: 

• 1 package of cream cheese
• 1 stick of butter
• 16 oz. of sour cream
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• Red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you like it)
• 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 Parmesan cheese
• 1 can of diced green chiles
• 1 can of artichoke hearts
• 1 bag of spinach 
• Salt and pepper

Directions:

• Combine cream cheese, butter, and sour cream in saucepan on medium low heat.
  
• Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
  
• Stir in cheeses until combined.
  
• Add green chilis and artichokes.
  
• Finally, stir in spinach until spinach has wilted and is completely mixed in. 
  
• Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
